AFTER CARE 1
This method works if you use Second Skin as an after care
1. If you left the shop with plastic film on, remove after 2-3 hours, wash it off with water and soap, rinse and dry well and repeat before going to sleep. You can apply a new clean film to sleep with.
2. If you left the shop with a Second Skin on, now you can change your second skin in the morning
(have it on up to 12 hours the first day) After removing it gently by "pulling" not "peeling" from the corners, wash it with water and soap, rinse and dry well.
NEXT STEP: Now you ready to apply the Second Skin, make sure is dry. Remove the "white part" and stick on the tattoo the other part where is transparent, then remove the top layer between the "arrows" and peel it off, make sure there is no bubbles inside, in that case lift and stick it again gently, never poke the bubble.You can keep it on for 4-6 days. Once that period is finish you can gently peel it off again by pulling (not peeling) and wash it as we explained before. Now moisturise few times a day for the next 2-3 weeks.
Why we use Second Skin? Avoids risk of infection, keeps it clean and it's comfortable. You don't have to think what you should wear, if the sheets or clothing you use are clean and also you make sure you don't ruin your clothes or sheets, since the other after care procedure demands the use of creams and you do not have it covered. Also is good for people who own pets that shred lots of hair. Very convenient as well if is hard to maintain it clean at work or don't have the time to wash it off 3 times a day and apply cream...etc
After care 2
If you choose to do the usual after care, you can wash with water and soap, rinse and dry well, first 2 days no cream after every wash, on the third day start to apply a thin layer of cream.
Repeat 3 times a day for the next 5 days, then start applying moistruizer cream for 2-3 weeks, this time, you can add more cream .
What to do before the appointment:

Wear cozy clothes

Eat well, bring if you need snacks

Come very well rested

Moisturize the area for 5 days in case of dry skin

Avoid drinking alcohol 24hr before

Do not try to shave yourself

Avoid tanning at least for a week before, in case of use of fake tan please wait 3 weeks until getting tattooed for best resaults
Tips you should know
Do not leave the film more than 3 hours.
Do not touch it with dirty hands.
Do not put a lot of cream the first days, just a bit, the right amount.
Do not clean more than 3 times a day, morning, evening and night should be enough.
Do not let other people touch it, neither kids or pets.
Use and wear clean clothes, sheets and towels.
Leave it uncover as much as possible.
Use a new cream every time, do not reuse old creams, also do not share creams.
Do not pick on the skin that is peeling off, just moisturise it.
Do not scratch when itchy, just tap gently with your hand.
